EvaluationPlan 1.0.0
Schema: https://www.alivehealthtech.com/schemas/evaluation-plan/1.0.0.json. Plans are computed by
Alive's rule-based planner from a confirmed IntakeSpec. Users can read and approve plans but never
write them.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
route |
concept_evidence_review, workflow_review, synthetic_scenario, prototype_testing, connected_simulation, regression_monitoring. |
decisions[] |
One per tool: decision (recommended, optional, skipped, unavailable), reasons, rule_ids, approval_scopes, estimated_credits. |
worldspec_required |
Whether a recommended tool needs a WorldSpec. Often false. |
cost_estimate |
Credits by meter and the price schedule version used. |
approvals_required |
Scopes to approve separately: hosted_inference, staging_access, execution. |
limitations, next_steps, unresolved_unknowns |
What the plan cannot tell you and what to do next. |
business_assessment |
Initial commercial question map from the confirmed intake. Statements carry basis (user_claim, system_hypothesis, or unknown in V0) and source IDs only where a specific submitted claim cites them. This is not evidence of demand or viability. |
The BusinessAssessment reference describes the map.
It names the proposed user, possible buyer and budget owner, the problem and current
alternative, adoption/procurement/integration dependencies, a conditional value mechanism, the
key assumption and a cheap next experiment. Missing facts remain unknown with questions to ask.
The map does not calculate market size, price, revenue, savings or return on investment.
How routing works
- A working or deployed product that declares a non-production test interface routes to
connected_simulation. - A prototype with a testable surface routes to
prototype_testing. - A defined workflow without an executable target routes to
workflow_review. - Anything else routes to
concept_evidence_review.
unavailable means the tool is planned but not built yet, or is outside Alive's scope (for example
production EHR access). It is a statement about Alive, not about your project. Alive never
recommends a tool that is not available today. The current registry of tools and their status is
published at /v1/schemas/tool-registry/{version}.
