ALIVE / THE PRODUCT

Test the idea.
Understand the
next move.

Alive helps healthcare teams test how a product could behave inside a synthetic version of its environment. Model the people, workflows and systems around it, change a condition, and inspect what happens before choosing the next build.

A WORLD / A QUESTION / AN EXPERIMENT

FROM DESCRIPTION TO DIRECTION

A practical way to
explore what could happen.

A world model connects people, organizations, workflows and software systems through explicit rules and assumptions. A referral world, for example, lets you change navigator capacity and observe how the modeled queue responds. An earlier idea can begin with a concept review when an executable model does not fit yet.

01 / FRAME

Describe what
you are building.

Bring an idea, product description or prototype context. Keep the intervention, intended users, implemented features and proposed claims distinct.

02 / EXAMINE

Choose a useful
evaluation.

Review the plan. For simulation-ready projects, compose a versioned world and compare variants with controlled seeds, explicit assumptions and registered metrics.

03 / ITERATE

Take the context
into the next build.

Inspect typed findings, traces, uncertainty and limitations. Export artifacts and project context, or use copy prompts to continue with your own AI assistant.

APPLICATIONS

Different products.
Specific questions.

These reference worlds are starting points. Their model cards state the assumptions, evidence and boundaries that determine what a result can support.

Care navigation

Where does a referral workflow slow down?

Model the referral workflow around a navigation product. Change capacity or workflow assumptions, then compare queue behavior and inspect the events behind it.

Rural clinic reference world

Consumer health software

What assumptions sit behind the experience?

Describe the app, its user journey and the behavior you expect. Make those assumptions explicit, examine the concept, and choose an evaluation suited to what you have built.

Consumer app reference world

Monitoring workflows

What happens when signals or capacity change?

Model the workflow around device signals and the team responding to them. Explore missing data or different capacity assumptions, then inspect how the synthetic workflow behaves.

Remote monitoring reference world

CONTEXT THAT STAYS WITH THE WORK

See the mechanism.
Keep the assumptions.

A finding is more useful when you can follow it back to the model, the parameter sources and the events behind it.

01

Composable, versioned models

Actors, organizations, processes and systems have explicit interfaces and model cards. Inspect the building blocks of a world.

02

Findings with a type and a boundary

Runtime observations, modeled outcomes and AI hypotheses carry different meanings. The evidence and limitations stay alongside the finding.

03

Your workspace, your tooling

Work in the portal or use the documented CLI and API. Export artifacts and context to make another analysis or developer handoff possible.

CURRENT SCOPE

Know what a world
can tell you.

The current catalog uses L1 reference models: executed and tested, without external calibration. Results describe behavior under the model’s assumptions. Healthcare workflows use synthetic-only inputs.

Inspect the model boundary before using an outcome to make a decision. A product may need a different model, more evidence or a different evaluation method.
