Give workflows a system boundary that can accept or reject writes.

Boundary

Task creation only, in memory. Not a FHIR server; no search, history or auth.

Assumptions

  • Failures are independent per write.

Limitations

  • Does not represent any vendor EHR's behavior.

Known failure regimes

  • Anything requiring real FHIR semantics — use the FHIR sandbox.
